SAKE INSTITUTEAt the opening of this sake brewery in November 2017,
Noguchi Naohiko, nicknamed
“The God of Sake Brewing,”
was given the position of Toji.
Through precise research, our mission is to inherit
Noguchi Toji’s 70 years of brewing techniques,
the art and spirit of his brewing,
and the journey and life of sake,
to share with the generations to come. -

Nishita Farm uses Bio organic fertilizers to produce
their JAS-certified organic vegetables.
With pesticide-free fertilizer,
it offers maximum rejuvenation,
all-natural nutrition, and resistance to
harsh environments.
Thus, it is highly reviewed to enhance
